Takeover Panel data covering target companies and acquirers currently involved in an offer period can now be viewed in the Global Company Database (GCD) for the following countries:

The data is sourced directly from the takeover panel from each country and the data source can be viewed in the UI under Sources. You can filter by country but also view all companies that are currently subject to a takeover. The data is refreshed twice daily at 1 am and 1 pm GMT.

Where the company can be linked to a record in the GCD through ISIN matching, FundApps will hyperlink the company name in the table to that record.

The Takeovers tab shows whether the company is currently subject to a takeover as either an offeror or an offeree. Where possible, both sides of the takeover will be published, as in Hunters Property PLC (LEI=213800ZD3BTE7NH9DQ29).
