Based on the schema provided by the CNMV, we have created an XML disclosure form for use with Major Disclosures in Spain.

Due to the same limitations in the available data we have with the Excel form we created for Spain, this is not 100% complete. In addition, the CNMV has no user manual, FAQ, or test portal for us to confirm that what we have produced will work perfectly.

However, if you are already familiar with the XML, you may wish to use the one that will now generate (alongside the Excel form), and amend it using any specific tags you need to add.

Unfortunately, the limitations mentioned mean that FundApps is not able to complete the highlighted sections seen in the image below:
