FundApps users can select the types of emails they receive under Preferences when hovering their mouse over the user icon at the top right corner of their environment.

Once on the Preferences screen, you can select the preferred email notifications you'd like to receive. Make sure to click Save before leaving the page.

Q. Why have I not received an email to approve of new rules?

A. The email is only sent when a file is run (acting as a reminder that you ran a file without the latest rule versions). For example, if three rules were released at 11:00 GMT and you ran your file before these rules were released (at 10:34 GMT), you would receive an email following tomorrow's file run.

The email notifications are sent so that you do not get multiple emails throughout the day whenever they are released, but rather a summary (which is why the notification under Preferences is labelled as "Summary of rules pending approval").
