Overview
Results Insights is an AI-powered feature available on the Result Details page for each Disclosure and Breach result in your environment.
The feature provides historical context based on how users previously interacted with similar results and conducts a comprehensive analysis to help users assess and resolve results more efficiently.
Guided by client feedback, future enhancements will provide deeper insight into why a result was triggered, and we’re eager for your ongoing input to help us shape these next steps.
Note: Denominator Discovery is currently available to a limited group of clients as part of our AI beta programme. The feature will become available to all clients following the conclusion of beta testing.
Result Investigation
Result Investigation analyses disclosure results, identifies what has changed across regulations, rules, and position data, and assesses how those changes have impacted the results.
It also displays relevant historical activity, including previous filings, rejections, and the timing of the most recent disclosure events.
By combining current and historical insights, the Result Investigation feature delivers a clear, human-readable explanation of each result.
This enables users to quickly validate the outcome's authenticity, understand its root cause, reduce investigation effort, and make faster, more informed compliance decisions with greater confidence.
Denominator Discovery
Denominator Discovery is designed to assist users in identifying and sourcing denominator values relevant to disclosure investigations.
The capability analyses publicly available information from issuer, regulator, and exchange websites to identify and present denominator values for a given disclosure result.
For example, when validating a UK disclosure in Tesco plc, the agents can automatically retrieve the denominator information from Tesco's published investor disclosures, allowing users to quickly verify that the value being used is accurate and up to date.
By highlighting discrepancies, Denominator Discovery helps mitigate the risk of using incorrect denominator data, which can lead to inaccurate regulatory reporting.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: What model is being used?
A: The Result Insights feature uses Anthropic’s Claude Haiku 4.5 and Sonnet 5.0.
Q: Can I select the model I want to use?
A: No, given the complexity and the guardrails that need to be put in place, you have to rely on the model selected.
Q: What guardrails do you have in place?
A: The models we use are hosted on AWS Bedrock. AWS provides native industry-leading guardrail solutions. Specifically, we use:
Content filters (help detect and filter harmful user inputs and model-generated outputs).
Word filters (namely, the profanity filter to block profane words).
We mask any personal information (names, email addresses).
Q: Is client data used to train the model?
A: No, client data is not used to train the model powering the Results Insights.
Q: Can I choose not to use Results Insights?
A: Yes. Results Insights is an opt-in feature; you can choose whether to use it. Additionally, approval can be withdrawn at any point in time.
Q: What denominator types are supported?
A: Denominator Discovery currently supports Total Shares Outstanding (TSO) and Total Voting Rights (TVR).
Q: What denominator sources are retrieved?
A: Denominator Discovery retrieves denominator information from publicly available Issuer, Regulatory, Exchange, and Other sources. "Other" sources may include financial news articles. The source type is displayed alongside each retrieved denominator value.
Q: How does Denominator Discovery prioritise sources?
A: Denominator Discovery prioritises sources in the following order: Issuer > Regulatory > Exchange > Other. If no denominator information can be found for a source, no data will be returned in the UI.
Q: Does Denominator Discovery guarantee the denominator is correct?
A: Denominator Discovery assists with research by identifying publicly available denominator information, but users remain responsible for reviewing and validating the denominator before using it in a disclosure filing.
Q: What date does the denominator relate to?
A: Denominator Discovery returns the denominator value at the time of the search, together with the source information and publication date. This allows users to know when the denominator was published.
Q: Can I view the source used to identify the denominator?
A: Yes. A URL link is displayed for each source, allowing users to review the supporting evidence.
Q: Why can't I find a denominator for a particular issuer?
A: Denominator Discovery relies on real-time retrieval of publicly available information; occasional failures can occur due to temporary website outages or access restrictions.
Q: What source information is displayed?
A: For a given denominator, Denominator Discovery displays the extracted value, source name, source type, and supporting source link where available.
