After the positions file is uploaded, results are generated in the Shareholding Disclosure service.

Relevant positions for Short selling: Hong Kong (Value and/or Percent Limit) are sent automatically to the Filing Manager page.

You can review positions with the status 'Unactioned' on the Filing Manager page before sending them to the regulator.

You can click the 'Send' button to submit positions to SFC. At this point, the status for positions in Filing Manager and results in SD will change to 'Disclosing'. The relevant comment will be added to the 'Activity' tab.

Once the Filing Manager page updates with confirmation of successful filing, all relevant results in Shareholding Disclosure will automatically be marked as 'Filed'.

Information will also appear as a comment in the 'Activity' tab.
