You can reject results before sending data to SFC to exclude positions from disclosure.

After rejecting all necessary results on the Results page, please go to the Filing Manager page.

Please click the 'Refresh Data' button to remove relevant positions from the table.

After data is updated in the table, you can click the 'Send' button to submit the disclosure to the regulator.

Once the disclosure process is completed, and the Filing Manager page updates with confirmation of successful filing, all relevant results in Shareholding Disclosure will automatically be marked as 'Filed'.

Information will also appear as a comment in the 'Activity' tab.
