13f-2: Result Types & Icons
Updated over 2 weeks ago

The 13f-2 service uses four different result types. You can find what they mean below:

Symbol

Alert type

Meaning

result-unknown.png

Unknown

Unknown can be caused by wrong and/or missing data for a given result

result-disclosure.png

Disclosure

This result is only triggered at the end of the month and addresses a specific asset class. For reporting company issuers, this alert will flag if a disclosure filing is required due to crossing the monthly average percentage or nominal value thresholds. For non-reporting company issuers, this will flag if an asset class has exceeded the daily nominal value threshold at any point in time during the calendar month.

upcoming.png

Upcoming Disclosure

This result is triggered when a non-reporting company issuer has crossed the nominal value threshold, but it is not yet the end of the month.

potential.png

Potential Disclosure

This result is triggered when a reporting company issuer’s average monthly class shares percentage or nominal value exceeds the respective threshold but is not yet the end of the month.

result-ok.png

OK

No other alert was triggered, meaning no threshold was crossed, and the position is neither approaching a threshold nor above the initial threshold.
