The SEC allows an asset manager to omit holdings from 13F reporting if these are under certain thresholds, also known as de minimis positions.
De minimis positions are defined by the SEC as holdings fewer than 10,000 shares and less than $200,000 aggregate fair market value. For further information, please see the Form13F Special Instructions 10 (de minimis positions)
In FundApps, the Is13FDeMinimisExempt setting allows for these holdings to be omitted from 13F Reporting. This setting can be found under Admin>Setup>Global Settings.
If this setting set to True, holdings fewer than 10,000 shares and less than $200,000 aggregate fair market value will be omitted from 13F reporting.
If set to False these positions will not be omitted from 13F reporting.
