After the positions file is uploaded, results are generated under the Shareholding Disclosure service.

Relevant positions for the Short selling: Hong Kong (Value and/or Percent Limit) rules are sent automatically to the Filing Manager.

You can review positions with the status Unactioned on the Filing Manager page before sending them to the regulator.

You can click the Send button to submit positions to the SFC. At this point, the status for the positions in Filing Manager and the results in SD will change to Disclosing. A relevant comment will also be added to each result's Activity modal.

Once the Filing Manager page updates with confirmation of successful filing, all relevant results in Shareholding Disclosure will automatically be marked as Filed.

Information will also appear as a comment in each result's Activity modal.
