Rejecting results before submitting them to the SFC will exclude the positions from being disclosed to the regulator.

First, navigate to Monitoring > Shareholding Disclosure > Results and reject all the results you'd like to exclude from submission. Then, proceed to the Filing Manager by selecting it from the Reporting dropdown.

Once on the Filing Manager page, please ensure the correct regulator has been chosen. Then click the Refresh Data button to remove any relevant positions from the table.

After the data in the table is updated, you can click the Send button to submit the disclosure(s) to the regulator.

Once the disclosure process is completed, and the Filing Manager page updates with confirmation of a successful filing, all relevant results in Shareholding Disclosure will automatically be marked as Filed.

Information will also appear as a comment in the Activity modal of each result.
