Overview
You can reject results before sending your filings to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to exclude certain positions from disclosure.
Workflow for Rejecting Results
Navigate to Monitoring > Shareholding Disclosure > Results to locate the disclosure results you want to exclude.
Mark the appropriate results as Rejected.
Open the Filing Manager page by selecting Reporting > Filing Manager from the top menu bar.
Click Refresh Data to remove the relevant positions from the table.
Click Send to submit the disclosures to the regulator once the data is updated in the table.
Post-Submission Confirmation
Once the disclosure process is completed and the Filing Manager page confirms a successful filing, all relevant results in Shareholding Disclosure are automatically marked as Filed.
This information will also appear as a comment in the Activity modal of the individual result.
