Preparing Portfolios for ASIC Filing Manager

Overview

Before using the one-click Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) submission workflow in Filing Manager, add the relevant ASIC Identifier to every portfolio used to trade short Australian positions.

Enter the ASIC identifier under Forms Properties > AUSellerID.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to Portfolios & Entities.

  2. Select the relevant portfolio.

  3. Select Form Properties from the left-hand menu.

  4. Find AUSellerId under the Regulator IDs header.

  5. Enter the portfolio's ASIC Identifier.

  6. Make sure to Save.

Repeat these steps for every portfolio used to trade short Australian positions.

Important Note: Using the Same SellerID for Multiple Portfolios

If you assign the same SellerID to multiple portfolios, Filing Manager aggregates the results for those portfolios.

As a result, the number of disclosures on the Results screen may differ from the number of short disclosures shown in Filing Manager.
