Overview
To use the 1-click AFM filing workflow, please ensure that all Portfolios currently used for trading short Dutch positions have the company name Identifier added under Forms Properties > CompanyNameAFMNL.
Company Name Validation
Before submitting, you must confirm that the name of your company in your environment matches the name registered with the AFM. Filing Manager uses the CompanyName portfolio property during the validation process.
Case Sensitivity: This check is not case-sensitive.
Validation Failure: If the names do not match, the automation will not proceed with the filing.
How to Resolve: If there is a mismatch, save the AFM-registered name in the portfolio property CompanyNameAFMNL. Filing Manager Netherlands will then use this property to validate and proceed with the submission. Be sure to rerun the applicable NAV Date to ensure the change is propagated in the filing.
Phone Number Validation
Ensure that the phone number is correctly formatted within the Filing Manager before submitting.
Validation Failure: Including hyphens or dashes in the user phone number field will result in the following status message: "Filing was attempted, but confirmation was not received. Please check the AFM NL website."
How to Resolve: Navigate to the AFM Filing Manager page and click the user icon located to the right of the blue Send button. Confirm the Phone Number and remove all hyphens or dashes from the field.
BIC Validation
This is an optional portfolio form property and must only be filled when configured in AFM.
