Overview
To use the 1-click AFM filing workflow, please ensure that all Portfolios currently used for trading short Dutch positions have the company name Identifier added under Forms Properties > CompanyNameAFMNL.
Company Name Validation
Before submitting, you must confirm that your company name in FundApps matches the name registered with the AFM. Filing Manager uses the CompanyName portfolio property during the validation process.
Case Sensitivity: This check is not case-sensitive.
Validation Failure: If the names do not match, the automation will not proceed with the filing.
How to Resolve: If there is a mismatch, save the AFM-registered name in the portfolio property CompanyNameAFMNL. Filing Manager Netherlands will then use this property to validate and proceed with the submission.
BIC Validation
This is an optional portfolio form property and must only be filled when configured in AFM.
