Common Filing Manager Issues and Their Solutions

Users may experience errors or other problems when trying to disclose via the Filing Manager service. This article will discuss their key causes and resolutions.

Error Filing Status

This means the Filing Manager could not complete the submission to the regulator; more information can be seen in the Submission Message, and you should proceed with manual filing directly in the regulator portal.

Too Many Open Position Dates Message

The Filing Manager can only submit seven days' worth of results at a time. If a submission contains more than seven days' worth of results with unactioned filings, the Send button will be greyed out with a message shown below.

To submit these results, you will need to select each day you wish to send individually. This will re-enable the send button and allow you to send the filings for the selected day one at a time.
