Overview
FundApps uses a defined list of securities to determine whether a holding is reportable under the 13F rules. Historically, this list has been maintained through value sets.
In an effort to improve clarity and long-term maintainability, the 13F security data has been moved into Regulatory Data (RegData), where it will be maintained as a dedicated regulatory dataset.
This change does not alter 13F results; it only changes where the data lives and how the 13F rules reference it.
The US 13F Reporting list can be viewed by navigating to Monitoring > Shareholding Disclosure > Rules > Regulatory Data > General > US 13F Reporting.
How 13F Eligibility Is Determined
FundApps evaluates holdings against the US 13F Reporting dataset to determine whether they are reportable under the 13F rules.
You may see references to historical 13F-related value sets in your environment, such as:
US13FOptions
US13FReportingCUSIPs
US13FSecurities
US13FTitleOfClassList
These value sets are retained for historical context only. However, they are not the current source used by the 13F rules when determining security eligibility. The US 13F Reporting regulatory dataset is the single source of truth for this purpose.
