This guide is meant to ensure the Filing Manager (FM) is correctly configured to communicate with the AMF portal.

Add and save your AMF user credentials in the Filing Manager AMF screen by clicking the menu cog icon on the far right side.

We expect the password to consist of only digits.

For FM France filings, Filing Manager uses the input from the CompanyName field that's configured under Portfolios & Entities > Forms Properties > Company Details.

This should match the company name in the AMF portal. If it does not, add the matching name under Portfolios & Entities > Forms Properties > France > CompanyNameAMFFR.

The CompanyNameAMFFR field is only used for FM France filings.

The AMF (France OneClick) portal supports managing multiple reporting entities under a single login; you do not need separate credentials per entity. If your AMF account is set up this way, the portal will display an entity selection step immediately after login as part of the filing process.

Filing Manager supports this setup; it will select the appropriate entity using the CompanyNameAMFFR portfolio property (or CompanyName if CompanyNameAMFFR is not set).

Simply ensure each of your entities' CompanyNameAMFFR (or CompanyName) fields match the corresponding entity name as it appears in the AMF portal, and Filing Manager will file to the correct entity; no additional configuration or separate login is required.
